During NYU's Summer Publishing Institute, one of out assignments was to do a two-part Edit Test. In part one, we were required to write a 200-word story about Americans’ growing concerns about their financial security with the goal of informing and engaging the Newsweek audience on this topic. In part two, we were required to suggest three articles for Newsweek in a variety of different categories, form, and subject matter. All were suitable for digital and one for print.
