At my current position, I coordinate large scale publicity efforts by conducting outreach to academic and media outlets and by manage development initiatives centered around social media campaigns. I use G Suite and Mailchimp to track contacts and coordinate the distribution of curated pitch letters. I design my own email templates and copywrite/copyedit all publicity material, including event flyers. I also developed the publisher’s Instagram from scratch and manage the account by developing and executing content strategies using SEO-driven captions and graphics made on Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
